Enterprise Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Analyze intricate enterprise data to create analytical data assets and insights that facilitate business decision-making across various functional areas.

• Assess, structure, and interpret extensive and varied datasets to ensure precise reporting, strategic analysis, and operational insights.

• Work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into data-driven solutions.

• Maintain data quality, consistency, accuracy, reliability, completeness, and long-term usability.

• Detect trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights within complex, large-scale datasets.

• Design, develop, and sustain analysis-ready data assets by integrating, validating, and organizing data from diverse sources.

• Create and present reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs that address business challenges and enterprise initiatives.

• Conduct data evaluations, profiling, and quality assessments, and suggest process enhancements.

• Document data sources, analytical methodologies, assumptions, and results.

• Improve enterprise analytical capabilities by employing suitable analytical methods and adjusting solutions to meet evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile or iterative work environment to plan, prioritize, and execute analytical projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field of study.

• 5 years of experience in the role offered, or as a Business Intelligence Architect, Senior IT Consultant, Senior Associate, AI Engineer, Data Engineer, or a similar position focused on analyzing enterprise data and developing analytical data assets and insights.

• 5 years of experience converting complex business requirements into technical and analytical solutions.

• 5 years of experience utilizing analytical programming tools such as Python, including pandas and NumPy, as well as SQL-based analytics.

• 5 years of experience employing SQL for data extraction and transformation.

• 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

• 5 years of experience executing deep dive data analysis and data profiling.

• 5 years of experience converting raw data into actionable insights and reports.

• 5 years of experience in data cleaning and transformation.

• 5 years of experience in developing and implementing ETL solutions using enterprise data integration tools.
