Logistics Data Analyst – Clearance Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial agencies in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Radiological and Nuclear detection programs and capabilities.

• Offer information resources, processes, facilitation, and guidance on document creation and strategic planning.

• Aid in the development of plans and procedures.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel spreadsheets for program operations and reporting purposes.

• Validate, clean, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal reporting requirements.

• Deliver analytical products to federal personnel and contractors.

• Perform organizational studies and evaluations; design systems and procedures.

• Recognize opportunities to automate workflows, streamline reporting processes, and enhance data accessibility.

• Keep documentation of data processes, formulas, dashboards, and reporting standards up to date.

• Analyze complex datasets and convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Conduct studies focused on work simplification and measurement.

• Prepare manuals for operations and procedures.

• Assist in program management and execution of Grants programs.

• Travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or its equivalent.

• 3-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Active Secret Clearance.

• Capability to obtain DHS Suitability.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience in a government consulting role.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Proficient in other MS Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and MS Teams.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
