This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the Market Measurement product vision and roadmap.
• Align product priorities with customer requirements, market opportunities, business goals, and growth objectives.
• Assess opportunities and aid in investment and prioritization decisions.
• Balance standard global features with specific market needs.
• Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, workflows, and feature specifications.
• Ensure traceability from customer requirements to delivered functionalities.
• Record decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritization frameworks.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with customers.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Convert customer and market needs into actionable capabilities.
• Act as the voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with engineering, market enablement, operations, onboarding, and customer care teams.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities.
• Lead product decisions and communicate the roadmap.
• Assist with release readiness and go-to-market strategies.
• Define and uphold product standards, configuration guidelines, and business rules.
• Support governance regarding scope, roadmap, and release prioritization.
• Establish and monitor product success metrics.
• Analyze customer feedback, adoption trends, and operational insights.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and oversee improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Data Product Management.
• Proficient in English.
• Preferred fluency in German, French, or Spanish.
• Familiarity with product strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, requirements management, stakeholder management, executive communication, analytics, Agile methodologies, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Preferred domain knowledge in retail analytics, CPG, POS data, market measurement, data products, customer analytics, product attribution and hierarchy management, and data governance/reporting solutions.
