This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish annual ARR and pipeline generation targets across the company using structured assumptions and scenarios.
• Take ownership of sales quota setting, headcount and capacity models, as well as representative productivity analysis.
• Assist in territory design to ensure coverage aligns with growth opportunities.
• Define inputs, timelines, and outputs for the planning cycle across various workstreams.
• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for sales, SE, and xDR teams.
• Identify leading indicators for potential risks and opportunities.
• Standardize metrics across regions, channels, and product lines to serve as a single source of truth.
• Leverage AI to develop scalable tools and enhance workflow efficiencies for GTM teams.
• Collaborate with GTM and Finance leaders on performance measurement and strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, defensible recommendations.
• Foster alignment among stakeholders around a shared narrative.
• Establish standards for analytical rigor and quality assurance.
• Guide peers and junior analysts in modeling, scenario planning, and effective executive communication.
• Drive advancements in reporting automation and data quality.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales Strategy & Analytics.
• A minimum of 5 years in GTM analytics, sales operations, or a related function within an enterprise multi-product GTM environment.
• Strong preference for candidates with B2B SaaS experience.
• In-depth knowledge of GTM motions, sales planning, territories, quota setting, and forecasting for sales, SE, and xDR functions.
• Proficient in SQL; capable of independently pulling, joining, and validating data.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and similar commercial stack tools.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Practical experience in utilizing AI to create scalable GTM tools and enhance workflow efficiencies.
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and challenge conventional approaches based on data insights.
• Preferred: Knowledge of dbt, Python or R, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Preferred: Experience in building with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tools.
