Data Analyst – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of data governance related to fleet indicators.

• Establish business rules, metrics, and standards for corporate data utilization.

• Organize and document essential operational, commercial, and fleet consumption KPIs.

• Create and automate strategic indicators to monitor fleet performance.

• Design executive, management, and operational dashboards to assist business teams.

• Deliver analytical dashboards for the Sales team, facilitating the monitoring of customer portfolios, consumption patterns, and business opportunities.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of information displayed in dashboards.

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to enhance data sources, pipelines, and update procedures.

• Automate data updating and consolidation processes, minimizing manual interventions.

• Establish monitoring processes to detect data failures, inconsistencies, and deviations.

• Convert business requirements into relevant indicators and analytical solutions.

• Assist business teams in interpreting indicators and utilizing dashboards effectively.

• Foster a data-driven culture by making information more accessible and standardized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics.

• Proficient SQL skills.

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Power BI.

• Proven experience in creating executive and management dashboards.

• Capability in defining, modeling, and automating KPIs.

• Understanding of data governance, quality, and management principles.

• Familiarity with data modeling for analytics and BI.

• Experience in gathering requirements from business teams.

• Ability to translate business needs into effective indicators and management visualizations.

• Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and business teams.

• Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.

• Experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Governance projects.

• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.

• Familiarity with digital products.

• Experience in payment systems.

• Understanding of B2B, mobility, logistics, or fleet management sectors.

• Skilled in managing large data volumes and working within complex analytical environments.

• Knowledge of commercial, operational, and financial metrics.

• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of cloud data architecture.
