This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Achieve sales targets by aligning with corporate goals and adhering to necessary sales processes.
• Gain a thorough understanding of surgical procedures and operating room protocols pertinent to the product range.
• Engage in assigned surgical procedures on a weekly basis.
• Assess territory performance against sales forecasts, budgets, new-account objectives, and other targets, implementing corrective measures as required.
• Relay customer needs and coordinate cross-functional support.
• Collaborate with finance to collect accounts receivable and secure necessary documentation.
• Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts by customer and product.
• Ensure that sales activities within the territory align with company policies and procedures.
• Suggest future growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions and new market strategies.
• Assist in establishing territory sales objectives in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Report field activities and furnish specialized business and product-planning reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Manage the corporate credit card and adhere to expense-policy documentation requirements.
• Engage with surgeons, operating room coordinators, and economic buyers to convey product and service value propositions.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant B2B or medical device sales experience is expected.
• At least 4 years of previous B2B or medical device sales experience is anticipated, with a proven record of success.
• Familiarity with surgical procedures and operating room protocols related to the product portfolio is essential.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
• Capability to carry a detail bag weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand or walk in hospitals or meetings for 6–10 hours per day, up to five days a week.
• Strong verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to acquire and maintain facility-required hospital credentials through RepTrax, Vendormate, or similar systems.
• Must reside within the territory unless otherwise approved by the Vice President of Sales.
• Capability to interact with an implantable device is required.
• Expected travel is between 20–40% (also stated as up to 50%).
