This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Account Executives focusing on revenue expansion within the Veterinary sector.
• Take responsibility for team performance, pipeline health, sales metrics, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Enhance go-to-market strategy by bolstering outbound initiatives and optimizing funnel conversion.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of 8–12 Account Executives.
• Evaluate calls, deal strategies, and pipeline; provide coaching on complex deal navigation, stakeholder mapping, and executive-level discussions.
• Reinforce sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDICC, and GAP within an SMB context.
• Conduct weekly one-on-ones focused on pipeline quality, deal progression, and closing strategies.
• Participate in key deals to assist with negotiation, positioning, and finalizing agreements.
• Promote disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, qualification, deal strategy, and multi-threading.
• Establish quotas, KPIs, and operational rhythms aligned with sales activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and RevOps to enhance lead quality, routing, and funnel conversion.
• Work closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure effective transitions and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Initiate strategies to boost sales efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal sizes.
• Provide insights into risks and opportunities while leading with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proven track record as a top 10% performer in an individual contributor sales role, with success in SMB or complex sales settings.
• 1-2+ years of managerial experience in SMB preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to lead effectively during times of change, ambiguity, or performance pressure.
• Experience managing extended sales cycles and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• History of proactive ownership.
• High energy and competitive spirit; ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing top talent.

• Willingness to be evaluated and compensated based on team performance.
• Advanced skills in prospecting, lead generation, and applying sales processes/methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or MEDDICC.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and technical communication abilities.
• Independent worker and self-starter with a capacity to exceed expectations in a remote work setting.
• Openness to working in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
