This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and implement the global commercial sales strategy to achieve and surpass corporate ARR goals.
• Oversee worldwide pipeline generation, international market entry, and rapid deal execution.
• Design, execute, and continually enhance scalable, metrics-focused sales playbooks for SMB and Mid-Market segments.
• Reduce sales cycles and boost conversion rates.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate a multi-regional team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
• Foster a cohesive high-performance culture that emphasizes activity, accountability, and sales excellence.
• Position Dot Compliance as the leading QMS choice for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies globally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on international inbound/outbound GTM strategies.
• Streamline lead routing and ensure swift movement from MQL to closed-won.
• Establish accurate forecasting and pipeline management practices across global markets.
• Utilize revenue tools to provide executive leadership with insights into transactional volume and market performance.
• Extensive knowledge of the Quality and Life Sciences sectors.
• Strong comprehension of the operations of international pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, including FDA, EMA, and GxP regulatory and compliance challenges.
• Over 10 years of professional sales experience.
• Significant background in B2B SaaS commercial sales leadership on a global scale.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and executing repeatable sales processes for SMB and Mid-Market transactional deals.
• Proven experience in building, scaling, and managing high-performing global sales teams, including remote and international teams across various regions.
• Experience in leading managers and second-line leaders, nurturing leadership talent, and developing scalable growth frameworks.
• Ability to formulate long-term global revenue strategies and coach representatives on negotiation, qualification, and closing techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to convey complex regulatory technology value propositions across diverse cultures and buyer personas.
• Located on the East Coast, preferably near Boston, NJ/NY, or the Research Triangle.
• Established relationships with key decision-makers in SMB and Mid-Market Life Science companies globally.
• Experience in navigating early-to-mid stage startup environments during rapid international scaling phases.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-centric go-to-market frameworks.
