This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of and implement the global commercial sales strategy to achieve and surpass corporate ARR goals.
• Oversee the generation of a worldwide pipeline, international market entry, and swift deal execution.
• Design, deploy, and continually enhance scalable, metrics-driven sales playbooks tailored for SMB and Mid-Market segments.
• Recruit, nurture, and motivate a geographically diverse team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
• Foster a cohesive high-performance culture centered on activity, accountability, and sales excellence.
• Establish Dot Compliance as the leading choice for QMS among pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device firms globally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on international inbound and outbound go-to-market initiatives.
• Streamline lead routing and progression from MQL to successfully closed deals.
• Set up forecasting accuracy and pipeline management practices across global markets.
• Offer executive leadership insights into transactional volume and market performance.
• Extensive knowledge of the Quality and Life Sciences industry.
• Strong grasp of the operational dynamics of international pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, including global regulatory and compliance challenges like FDA, EMA, and GxP.
• More than 10 years of professional sales experience, with a focus on significant B2B SaaS commercial sales leadership at a global level.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing repeatable sales processes for SMB and Mid-Market transactional sales.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing global sales teams, including remote and international teams across various regions.
• Experience in guiding managers and second-line leaders, cultivating leadership talent, and establishing scalable organizational structures.
• Capacity to devise long-term global revenue strategies while mentoring representatives on negotiation, qualification, and closing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Residing on the East Coast, preferably near Boston, NJ/NY, or the Research Triangle.
• Established relationships with key decision-makers in SMB and Mid-Market Life Science companies worldwide.
• Experience in navigating early-to-mid stage startup environments during rapid international scaling phases.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-centered go-to-market frameworks.
