This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Take ownership of and implement the global commercial sales strategy to achieve and surpass corporate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
• Oversee worldwide pipeline development, penetration in international markets, and swift deal execution.
• Design, implement, and continually enhance scalable, metrics-driven sales playbooks targeted at the SMB and Mid-Market segments.
• Recruit, nurture, and motivate a multi-regional team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
• Foster a cohesive high-performance culture grounded in activity, accountability, and sales excellence.
• Establish Dot Compliance as the leading choice for Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors globally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to develop international inbound/outbound go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Enhance lead routing processes and ensure a swift transition from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to closed deals.
• Set up accurate forecasting and pipeline management practices across various global regions.
• Utilize revenue tools to give executive leadership insights into transactional volumes and market performance.
• Extensive knowledge of the Quality and Life Sciences sector.
• Strong comprehension of the operations of international pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, including global regulatory and compliance challenges (e.g., FDA, EMA, GxP).
• Over 10 years of professional sales experience, featuring substantial B2B SaaS commercial sales leadership on a global level.
• Demonstrated success in constructing and executing repeatable sales processes for SMB and Mid-Market transactional deals.
• Proven history of building, scaling, and managing high-performing global sales organizations, including remote and international teams across diverse geographies.
• Experience in leading managers and second-line leaders, developing leadership talent, and establishing scalable structures.
• Capability to design long-term global revenue strategies and mentor representatives on negotiation, qualification, and closing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in articulating complex regulatory technology value propositions across various cultures and purchasing personas.
• Residing on the East Coast, preferably near Boston, NJ/NY, or the Research Triangle.
• Established relationships with key decision-makers in SMB and Mid-Market Life Science companies globally.
• Experience navigating early-to-mid-stage startup environments during periods of rapid international scaling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-centric go-to-market frameworks.
