Senior Sales Manager – Replacement Mobility Dealerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out new dealerships and aftersales partners in the field.

• Foster sustainable revenue growth throughout the region.

• Establish and nurture personal relationships with current customers.

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure long-term partnerships.

• Unlock the potential of dealerships, workshops, and repair businesses in Northern Germany.

• Develop and implement customized sales strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Assess and evaluate sales KPIs.

• Identify new business opportunities and revenue possibilities.

• Execute actionable recommendations.

• Represent SIXT daily as its brand ambassador at dealerships, workshops, and repair businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A commercial vocational training with an additional qualification, or a completed degree in business administration.

• A proven history of success in dealerships, aftersales, or OEM environments, preferably in field sales.

• A strong hunter mentality with a passion for active customer acquisition.

• Willingness to travel.

• Category B driver's license.

• Excellent proficiency in sales tools, ideally Salesforce.

• Skilled in MS Office.

• Fluent in both German and English.
