Senior Sales Manager, Replacement Dealership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out new dealerships and aftersales partners through in-person visits.

• Foster sustainable revenue growth throughout the region.

• Establish strong, personal connections with current customers.

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure long-term partnerships.

• Identify and nurture high-potential dealerships, workshops, and repair businesses in Northern Germany.

• Create and execute customized sales strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.

• Evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Assess and analyze sales KPIs.

• Discover new business opportunities and revenue potentials.

• Carry out recommended actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial vocational training with further qualifications or a completed degree in business administration.

• Proven success in the dealership, aftersales, or OEM industries, preferably in a field sales role.

• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new customers.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Valid Class B driver's license required.

• Excellent knowledge of sales tools, preferably Salesforce.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Fluent in both German and English.
