This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Secure business within the Power Transformer market segment.
• Develop and implement proposal strategies and sales agreements.
• Create deal structures, pricing, and proposals.
• Support customer negotiations.
• Discover new opportunities alongside functional partners to innovate products and services for business advancement.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the proposal process.
• Cultivate commercial knowledge and communication strategies to persuade others.
• Participate in strategy and policy formulation, ensuring execution within your area of responsibility.
• Leverage understanding of competition and market differentiators.
• Make decisions and address moderately complex challenges across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, and clients.
• Employ technical expertise and data analysis to back recommendations.
• Act as a resource for less experienced team members.
• Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource needs.
• Convey complex or sensitive information and foster consensus.
• Influence commercial priorities and shape the overall commercial strategy.
• Develop market segments to promote profitable growth while maintaining customer relationships.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Transmission and Distribution and/or Power Transformers.
• Over 5 years of experience in Power Transformer sales.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Capability to engage and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and clients.
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues.
• Demonstrated capability to lead programs and projects.
• Skilled in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established project management competencies.
