This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Secure business within the Power Transformer market segment.
• Develop and shape commercial strategies to promote profitable growth across market segments.
• Foster strong customer relationships.
• Create and implement proposal strategies along with sales agreements.
• Design deal structures, pricing models, and assist in proposal creation.
• Support customer negotiations effectively.
• Discover new opportunities with functional partners to innovate products and services aimed at business expansion.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques to enhance the proposal process.
• Acquire specialized knowledge of commercial trends and convey insights to influence others.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring successful implementation in the relevant areas.
• Leverage best practices, competitive insights, and market differentiators in your work.
• Utilize technical expertise and data analysis to back your recommendations and address moderately complex issues.
• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues.
• Oversee small projects that carry moderate risks and resource needs.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and work towards building consensus.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Transmission and Distribution and/or Power Transformers.
• Over 5 years of experience in Power Transformer sales.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
• Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders and customers.
• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 50% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze issues and provide resolutions.
• Proven experience in leading programs and projects.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
