This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Achieve sales outcomes that align with growth revenue objectives by leading and managing Account Executives.
• Guide sellers in identifying and capitalizing on successful opportunities, ensuring prompt follow-up and outstanding customer service.
• Act as a strategic leader within the North EMEA sales leadership team, with a focus on the Nordics region.
• Create customized coaching plans and provide consistent performance evaluations.
• Mentor team members and promote a mindset geared towards growth.
• Identify and recruit high-performing sales talent.
• Oversee performance management and address disciplinary issues when necessary.
• Evaluate and establish account territory priorities.
• Create and uphold precise sales forecasts, adjusting sales strategies and projections as needed.
• Utilize data to track performance, recognizing trends and areas for enhancement.
• Formulate sales strategies and tactics that align with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Supervise seller outreach, deal pipelines, and the quality of deals.
• Cultivate relationships with internal teams, leadership, external customers, prospects, and partners.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the sales team has the necessary support and resources.
• Encourage teamwork, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices.
• Foster an environment of feedback and open communication.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant role, including enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within software or technology firms.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in English and one or more Nordic languages.
• Familiarity with the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
• Established record of meeting and surpassing sales quota targets in the field of complex technology or software solutions.
• Capability to provide support and guidance for deals involving large enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Experience in managing and coaching a diverse sales team.
• Outstanding communication skills and strong business acumen.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
• Skill in identifying and understanding the roles of influencers versus buyers and navigating the intricacies of the sales cycle.
• Proficient in leading a team through multiple complex sales cycles at the same time.
• Competence in negotiating pricing while maintaining value.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Dependable internet access for remote work.
• Up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events.
• Reliable internet access is required for any remote work outside of a Workiva office.
