This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement proposal strategies along with sales agreements.
• Create deal structures, pricing models, and proposals.
• Support customer negotiations.
• Discover new opportunities with functional partners to innovate products and services for business expansion.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the proposal process.
• Acquire specialized knowledge regarding commercial developments in the designated area.
• Contribute to the formulation of strategies and policies, ensuring effective delivery within the area of responsibility.
• Leverage knowledge of best practices, competitive landscape, and market differentiators.
• Utilize judgment to make decisions and resolve moderately complex challenges across various projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or clients.
• Employ technical expertise for data analysis to support informed recommendations.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Manage small projects that involve moderate risks and resource needs.
• Convey complex or sensitive information effectively and foster consensus.
• Persuade stakeholders on relevant topics within the field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma/equivalent with 6 years of experience in a sales role.
• Over 6 years of experience in sales.
• Background in Power Transmission & Distribution and/or Power Transformers.
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
• Capability to engage and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and customers.
• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record in analyzing and resolving problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and manage projects.
• Skills in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Strong project management skills.
