This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Drive revenue expansion by promoting SafeSend and SurePrep solutions to accounting firms.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from generating opportunities to finalizing deals.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet and surpass designated sales targets.
• Discover and qualify new business prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts.
• Conduct assessments of customer needs related to business processes and tax preparation.
• Showcase and demonstrate the benefits of SafeSend and SurePrep solutions.
• Employ consultative selling strategies to direct prospects, resolve objections, and establish rapport.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers at targeted accounting firms.
• Work alongside internal marketing teams to bolster sales initiatives and increase brand visibility.
• Negotiate and finalize intricate sales agreements with clients and West Publishing Corporation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and advancements in relevant web-based technologies.
• Utilize sales technology and CRM systems to manage pipelines, monitor progress, and report on sales activities.
• Engage in partnership development initiatives.
• Provide customer and market insights to product development teams.
• Over 5 years of proven sales experience in software solutions, ideally in B2B or professional services settings.
• Proficiency in consultative selling techniques and conducting customer needs assessments.
• Proven capability to generate opportunities and maintain robust client relationships.
• Outstanding professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in utilizing sales technology and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with web-based technology solutions.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles.
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering value and embracing new challenges.
• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong comprehension of accounting firm business processes and operational challenges is preferred.
