Clinical Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accompany new agents, physicians, lost doctors, or those at risk during their initial cases

• Support surgeon sawbones or cadaver labs

• Collaborate with distributors and representatives during sales calls for all Foot & Ankle product lines

• Represent the company at trade shows and regional or local events

• Serve as a field liaison connecting the corporate office with marketing, R&D, operations, and customer service

• Provide agents or representatives with literature or materials

• Assist in scheduling, sourcing materials, and staffing for labs

• Gather product feedback or address product complaints

• Train and implement technical product sales

• Identify, target, prospect, and conduct in-field sales calls to enhance revenue and growth

• Aid in downstream strategic sales initiatives

• Consult with surgeons in the operating room regarding foot and ankle solutions

• Build and maintain key customer relationships to foster growth across the US

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in orthopedics is essential (Foot & Ankle preferred)

• Over 3 years of experience in the operating room (preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years in quota-based sales (preferred)

• Must hold a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance

• Full-time work authorization in the United States is required, both currently and in the future, without the need for sponsorship

• Relevant experience in Foot & Ankle

• Background in the healthcare industry or medical sales

• Experience collaborating with distributors

• Understanding of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75%

• Capability to travel by car and air regularly, including overnight and out-of-town stays

• Ability to engage in fieldwork with customers and Regional Sales Representatives for a minimum of 60% of the work week

• Availability for weekend travel
