This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Reach out to clients via phone calls.

• Offer mobile phone operator portability to Claro.

• Present business agreements and exclusive promotions.

• Participate in a 5-day training program.

• Work full-time or part-time shifts.

• Adhere to management schedules from Monday to Saturday.

• Enjoy Sundays and holidays off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a Call Center.

• Must have a PC or laptop for remote work.

• Processor must be Core i5 or higher, or equivalent.

• Minimum RAM of 8 GB.

• USB headset required.

• Internet speed of more than 40 Mbps with a wired connection.

• Completion of secondary education.

• Digital skills are necessary.

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.

• Commercial skills are essential.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.

• Must reside in Lima or Callao.
