This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop a strategy for sustainable organic growth that emphasizes financial outcomes, new business development, customer retention, and talent acquisition and development.
• Set, guide, and oversee sales goals and objectives that align with both national practices and regional strategies.
• Inspire, coach, and lead sales teams with a focus on driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate with national, market, and local leadership to assess recruitment needs and strategies for talent retention.
• Work with the talent acquisition team to create and sustain a pool of potential candidates.
• Identify opportunities and formulate strategies related to new business initiatives, acquisitions, community engagement, carrier partnerships, and industry networking.
• Assess the proficiency of sales team members in sales methods, insurance coverage, company capabilities, carrier products, and technology applications.
• Design and execute training programs for both new and existing sales team members.
• Offer guidance and feedback based on measurable objectives to enhance performance and ensure organizational alignment.
• Analyze performance metrics and results, generate periodic reports comparing actual outcomes with established goals, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with carrier partners to optimize product offerings and services.
• Active Producer Insurance license in good standing.
• Over 10 years of accumulated experience in sales and leadership roles.
• In-depth technical knowledge of all relevant lines of insurance coverage.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A college degree, preferably in Risk Management, Insurance, or Business Administration (preferred).
