
Senior Sales Executive – Legal Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Drive revenue enhancement across designated law firms and zero-based firms (ZBFs)
• Identify, penetrate, and grow key accounts
• Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach through discovery, proposal, closing, and renewal
• Facilitate consultative discussions that reveal client challenges and align customized deposition solutions
• Accurately forecast and manage the sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce and NetSuite
• Conduct QBRs and strategic business reviews for enterprise accounts
• Create recovery strategies for underperforming accounts
• Represent Esquire at industry events and networking functions
• Over 5 years of B2B or professional services sales experience; experience in the legal sector is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities; collaborative with a client-oriented approach
• Proficient in Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Office; adept with digital research tools
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• High-energy, self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and results-driven
