This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.
• Generate and secure leads and opportunities within a strategic business unit for large global accounts.
• Foster and sustain relationships with internal customers and support teams, such as client services, global sales, technical, and operations.
• Implement sales strategies and provide solutions to US-based customers for domestic opportunities.
• Engage with potential customers to explore new business prospects.
• Cultivate relationships with SGS affiliates to showcase SGS capabilities and finalize sales.
• Create and distribute quotations and proposals; negotiate fees, terms, and conditions.
• Obtain legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, and statements of work.
• Assess sales opportunities in designated channels.
• Coordinate with client service teams regarding client information and requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to develop sales and marketing plans to meet targets.
• Participate in industry and trade show events for lead generation and prospecting.
• Compile call reports, trade show reports, sales reports, SharePoint Customer Platform data, and other management reports/presentations.
• Work alongside business unit managers on RFP responses and gather market, pricing, and competitive information.
• Deliver presentations to groups within customer organizations.
• Lead written RFP proposals, coordinating information across various disciplines and arranging formal responses.
• Maintain awareness of SGS Group networks and services while promoting SGS’s capabilities and integrity.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, SGS policies and procedures, and the SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background in Analytical Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of proven sales success in professional services.
• At least 2 years of experience in the industry relevant to the business unit (CPCH, EE, HL, or SL).
• Minimum 2 years of project/contract management experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in international and multicultural settings.
• Direct experience in scheduling and planning activities.
• Willingness and capability to interact with clients regularly, including face-to-face meetings.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Capacity to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
• Willingness and readiness to work in a global network operating across different time zones.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
