This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture strategic, long-term relationships with key decision makers among customers, OEM partners, ISV partners, and regional business associates.
• Achieve and surpass sales, margin, budget, and predetermined annual goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through in-person presentations, sales meetings, phone sales, and intricate sales negotiations.
• Design and implement sales initiatives to retain and expand the existing client base while attracting new accounts.
• Project long-term product sales, inventory levels, and product requirements; relay this information to management.
• Investigate and cultivate relationships with current customers and new prospects to ensure retention and growth.
• Oversee a designated territory and/or focus primarily on Tier 1 enterprise accounts.
• Utilize industry knowledge in a specific vertical or manage large enterprise accounts.
• Engage with C-suite executives and formulate strategic account plans to present to executive teams.
• Conduct outside business-to-business, solution-oriented sales and visit client locations.
• Organize, create, and deliver presentations and meetings to promote One Peak services.
• Utilize Peak’s contact management system and generate new leads to boost sales of products and services.
• Collaborate both independently and as part of a team to meet sales objectives and targets.
• Maintain communication to ensure no opportunities are overlooked, and issues are resolved promptly.
• Develop and sustain relationships with OEM and ISV partners within the designated territory.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior sales team members when requested.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
• Engage customers in forward-thinking projects and equipment lifecycle management.
• Foster effective working relationships with colleagues and management.
• May oversee direct and indirect reports.
• Take responsibility for achieving business targets and making decisions.
• A 2-year or 4-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field; direct sales and account management experience can substitute for educational qualifications.
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful regional sales/account management experience in service or product sales.
• Previous experience selling technology products to industrial or supply chain IT and/or operations customer segments.
• Experience in the AIDC industry is highly desirable.
• Prior face-to-face sales experience with existing or potential clients.
• Capability to develop, foster, and manage long-term, large-scale, and complex customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate intricate customer contracts.
• Familiarity with outside sales strategies and methodologies.
• Experience with ERP and CRM applications.
• Ability to present to regional partners to advance company solutions.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting documents, procedure manuals, and correspondence.
• Effective communication skills when engaging with external customers and employees at various organizational levels.
• Ability to work with fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Skill in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Proficient in interpreting technical instructions in both mathematical and diagram formats and managing abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and leverage existing resources to solve problems.
• Proficient in Excel, word processing, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Primary language used in daily operations is English.
