
Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Take ownership of a portfolio comprising large, intricate enterprise opportunities, guiding them from initial discovery to onboarding.
β’ Facilitate collaboration on deals with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Relationship Management, Product, Operations, Trading, Marketing, and Support teams.
β’ Develop and uphold account plans, deal notes, internal next steps, and external action plans.
β’ Direct multi-threaded deal strategies across executive, operational, and advisory stakeholders.
β’ Conduct business case and solution alignment discussions, linking the platform, pricing, service model, and roadmap to the priorities of prospects.
β’ Engage with prospects regarding product gaps, commercial complexities, and implementation queries while coordinating with internal partners.
β’ Collaborate on commercial structuring, pricing negotiations, and proposal creation for strategic firms.
β’ Enhance Enterprise playbooks, sales processes, account-plan quality, and deal communication.
β’ Ensure Salesforce accuracy, stage management, and thorough deal inspections to support precise forecasting and bolster sales performance.
β’ Travel as necessary for onsite visits, executive meetings, strategic presentations, and crucial late-stage deal moments.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or complex client-facing roles within wealth management, fintech, custody, or related financial services.
β’ Solid understanding of the RIA ecosystem, advisor business models, custody dynamics, and operational workflows.
β’ Demonstrated ability to advance complex opportunities through solution alignment, business cases, onsite diligence, and commitment stages towards finalized proposals.
β’ Capacity to identify champions, skeptics, political realities, and misleading deal momentum.
β’ Strong commercial instincts alongside comfort in pricing, packaging, and proposal intricacies.
β’ High emotional intelligence paired with a strong executive presence.
β’ Effective cross-functional leadership without formal authority.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with disciplined follow-through.
β’ Comfortable operating within a collaborative shared-ownership framework.
β’ Possession of SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, or ability to acquire them within 90 days of employment.
