
Senior Sales Executive, Customer Communications Management – Financial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, attract, and secure high-value deals with new clients and partner accounts.
• Establish strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on onboarding, customer satisfaction, and market alignment.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Align solutions with customer business objectives and deliver customized demonstrations.
• Prepare and present proposals, license agreements, and statements of work.
• Maintain relationships with customer advocates and champions through stakeholder and executive alignment.
• Contribute field insights to the go-to-market strategy, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Support internal partners in executing successful initiatives.
• Manage post-sale activities in coordination with Customer Care and Accounting teams.
• Meet or surpass annual sales quota targets.
• Significant experience in both channel and direct sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Natural hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to take ownership and drive key business decisions.
• Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
• Ability to ensure accurate and timely updates within the Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience (required).
• 4+ years of proven success in customer communications management (CCM) platform sales.
• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in selling software or cloud-based applications within the financial services sector.
• Experience in the SaaS industry, with an understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and best practices for customer engagement and retention.
• Demonstrated record of driving new business growth.
• Must reside in the United States.
