Senior Sales Engineer – Majors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Design technical solutions that effectively address and alleviate significant customer challenges.

• Manage the technical sales process.

• Execute Proof of Value engagements from inception to completion, serving as the technical and industry authority.

• Collaborate with and provide support to internal Zscaler teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience in utilizing, securing, or promoting AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes in your area of expertise.

• Proven ability to serve as a Consultative AI Advisor, assisting customers in navigating AI change management, including translating manual business workflows to agentic AI systems and managing expectations regarding non-deterministic results.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• 5 to 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator.

• Familiarity with network security technologies.

• Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP are preferred.

• Experience with large enterprises and major accounts is preferred.

• Strong fluency in AI, including the use of coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools is preferred.
