This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and present technical product demonstrations to potential clients.

• Collect customer technical requirements to ensure that the proposed solutions align with their objectives and needs.

• Facilitate product evaluations and tailor product configurations to meet specific client requirements.

• Create evaluation test plans in collaboration with customers and guide them toward successful results.

• Report directly to the Sales Engineering Manager.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactive exploration of AI tools, with a solid track record of integrating new technologies to improve daily workflows and enhance problem-solving capabilities.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role or as a Network Systems Integrator.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Established technical background in cybersecurity and networking.

• Practical experience with TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls.

• Preferred: industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+.

• Preferred: ability to utilize coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools for troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem-solving.
