📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for HVAC retrofitting and replacements.

• Perform site evaluations and analyze current HVAC systems.

• Create comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for clients.

• Deliver presentations of solutions and engage in contract negotiations.

• Oversee opportunities throughout the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to project handover.

• Ensure accurate records in the CRM, including forecasts and pipeline reporting.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee successful project execution.

• Advocate for energy-efficient and low-carbon solutions.

• Meet revenue and margin targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated sales experience in HVAC, building services, or retrofit solutions.

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems.

• Capability to devise customer-centric technical solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

• Valid UK Driving Licence.

• Preferred: HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.

• Preferred: Experience with heat pumps, energy efficiency, or decarbonisation initiatives.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Preferred: Background in selling to commercial, healthcare, education, or industrial sectors.
