This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Deliver technical knowledge through presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts (POVs), and discussions that inform potential customers and promote the Arctic Wolf value proposition.
• Assist in acquiring new business and securing the technical win throughout the buyer’s journey.
• Engage in discovery discussions to comprehend prospective customers’ requirements and confirm alignment with Arctic Wolf solutions.
• Record customer environments, encompassing security tools, network architecture, authentication methods, and cloud services.
• Showcase differentiators in endpoint protection, security operations, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
• Establish and maintain strong connections within channel communities.
• Propel territory growth through webinars, channel enablement initiatives, and field marketing events.
• Guide new hires in technical knowledge, demonstrations, presentations, and sales methodologies.
• Encourage knowledge sharing through Slack, team meetings, and broader enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with account executives to advocate, design, propose, and illustrate business value to customers.
• Take ownership of territory-building efforts alongside the account executive.
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a presales engineering or consulting position focused on security solutions.
• More than 5 years of experience supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT systems, with a focus on security-related systems preferred.
• Extensive technical expertise in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, as well as Windows/Linux/Mac environments.
• Profound understanding of Networking, Identity Management, Cloud Services, Private Cloud, and Windows/Linux/Mac systems.
• Technical proficiency in security tools and strategies, including security frameworks, security operations, incident response systems, SIEM, XDR, EDR/EPP, and IPS/IDS/NDR.
• Practical experience in solution demonstrations and POV capabilities for endpoint and XDR solutions.
• Familiarity with the entire sales cycle from qualification to closure, particularly through the channel partner experience.
• Competence in using SFDC and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge and training in MEDDPICC and Technical Win processes.
• Familiarity with business applications such as Slack, Salesforce, and M365/Office.
• Understanding of modern application deployment technologies, including containerization and cloud-based models.
• Capability to publicly represent Arctic Wolf in larger forums.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Possession of CISSP, GCIH, CISA, CISM, or other security-related certifications is preferred.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure AZ-900, VMware VCP/VCAP, or other cloud-focused certifications are preferred.
