Senior Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Build and cultivate technical and executive relationships with customers across the designated territory.

• Showcase Illumio solutions through live demonstrations and virtual webinars.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and symposiums.

• Identify desired business outcomes for customers and align sales efforts to meet those objectives.

• Conduct demonstrations based on use cases and customer narratives.

• Facilitate deal progression and proof-of-value initiatives through in-person or virtual meetings.

• Create blog posts, white papers, and thought leadership content relevant to the cybersecurity sector.

• Assist partners with enablement initiatives and transactions.

• Represent customer interests in the development of future features and support.

• Maintain expertise in cybersecurity areas, Illumio products, and sales techniques.

• Achieve revenue targets and promote customer adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the industry.

• Minimum of 2 years in a pre-sales role managing enterprise accounts.

• Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, major Cloud Service Providers, cloud-native development, containers and orchestration, or Infrastructure as Code.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and associated tools, particularly for cloud-native applications.

• Development or scripting experience is desirable.

• Knowledge of APIs and methodologies is advantageous.

• Preferred industry certifications include CISSP, CCSP, CCIE, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist.

• Understanding of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.

• Experience managing Windows and Linux environments.

• Exceptional presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

• Ability to link customer business challenges to Illumio’s solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
