This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Serve as a strategic technical consultant and reliable partner to the Enterprise sales team and clients.
• Provide extensive technical knowledge, customized demonstrations, and client-specific insights throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop solutions that address customer challenges and objectives.
• Navigate intricate requirements and influence technical decision-makers.
• Communicate product value from initial discovery to final closure.
• Assist in qualifying opportunities, establishing technical success criteria, and ensuring deal alignment using frameworks like MEDDPICC.
• Identify opportunities and effectively position the 1Password product suite.
• Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill customer technical requirements.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Support to enhance customer-facing resources.
• Mentor colleagues and disseminate knowledge throughout the Solutions Engineering team.
• Act as the primary technical advisor within the Go-to-Market team.
• Scope and suggest customized technical solutions for Enterprise clients.
• Guide Account Executives on product functionalities and customer-oriented messaging.
• Deliver technical education to clients regarding the 1Password product suite.
• Over 7 years of experience in customer-facing technical sales positions in a B2B setting.
• Demonstrated success in selling to Fortune-100 clients.
• Experience in a multi-product SaaS environment.
• Proven history in enterprise sales and closing complex transactions.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate dynamic customer discussions and requirements.
• Familiarity with contemporary sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
• High level of autonomy and capability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to mentor peers and share best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Knowledge of SaaS, security concepts, and developer technologies including SCIM, CLI, SAML/SSO/OAuth, AD, API, SSH, and AI (MCP).
