This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +1 more state.
• Facilitate the technical aspects of commercial discussions and gather as well as analyze project documentation from clients and colleagues.
• Work in collaboration with sales teams and subject-matter experts to create and deliver product and service proposals in response to client RFPs/RFQs.
• Oversee scope alignment, identify discrepancies, and coordinate roadmap commitments between Sales and Product teams.
• Maintain up-to-date product databases, pricing details, and product availability by engaging with product vendors.
• Design solution architectures that encompass plant networks, plant control, data acquisition, system integrations, substation protection, and remote platforms.
• Collaborate with Delivery, IT, and Product teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Input customer and project data into the CRM and manage templates and document repositories.
• Deliver customized sales presentations that address audience outcomes and challenges.
• Represent Power Factors at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
• Organize and lead project hand-off meetings with Engineering and Customer Success teams.
• Tackle complex challenges and manage competing priorities using both interpersonal and technical skills.
• Contribute to improvements in processes and documentation practices.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial sales engagement through to contract signing and post-sale handoff.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• A minimum of five years of pertinent experience in technical product/project management, estimation, and IT/networking within the renewable and storage sector.
• Proficiency in Operational Technology, including SCADA and automation systems.
• Capability to interpret networking, data flows, and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with CAD, SketchUp, Visio, or similar drawing tools, along with experience in drafting diagrams.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to think technically while managing both details and the larger context.
• Skill in tailoring messages and details to suit relevant organizational audiences.
• Experience working independently as an individual contributor and in a project coordinator role.
• Ability to devise solutions and tackle problems using logical and innovative approaches.
• Process-oriented with experience in managing resource conflicts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Experience with configuring and using DAS/SCADA systems.
• Preferred: Knowledge of electric-industry communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC60870-5-104/101, and IEC61850.
• Preferred: Skills in technical writing, marketing, and responding to RFPs.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM/ERP platforms.
