This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the sales team on intricate healthcare opportunities involving EHR integrations, data flows, security requirements, organizational structures, technical workflows, and enterprise deployment.
• Lead the technical exploration of prospects’ technology stacks, EHR environments, workflows, integrations, security requirements, and criteria for technical success.
• Provide customized product demonstrations that highlight prospect priorities and relevant use cases.
• Identify technical obstacles and collaborate with internal teams to assess feasibility, requirements, and next steps.
• Represent rater8 in discussions with stakeholders from IT, security, digital, marketing, patient experience, and executive levels.
• Clarify rater8 integrations with EHRs and other systems, including APIs, data exchange, authentication, SSO, and associated workflows.
• Manage or assist with technical responses for RFPs, security questionnaires, architecture inquiries, and enterprise technology evaluations.
• Work alongside Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on intricate solution design.
• Develop technical resources, demo assets, diagrams, documentation, and standardized sales processes.
• Identify recurring technical requirements and relay them to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Assist in uncovering technical requirements sooner, enhancing demonstrations, minimizing friction in enterprise evaluations, and supporting larger healthcare opportunities.
• Over 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in supporting complex SaaS sales cycles.
• Strong preference for candidates with healthcare SaaS experience.
• Experience working with health systems, medical groups, DSOs, hospitals, or other complex healthcare organizations is a notable advantage.
• Excellent skills in technical discovery and product demonstrations.
• Proficient understanding of APIs, integrations, data exchange, authentication, SSO, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR environments and healthcare interoperability.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, security reviews, SOC 2, and expectations within enterprise healthcare IT.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in RFP ownership.
• Strong judgment on when to respond, investigate further, or involve Product or Engineering teams.
• Commercial mindset focused on assisting customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
• Must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must not reside in California.
