This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Analyze intricate business and technical requirements of customers in the SAP transformation landscape.
• Create tailored solution concepts and both business and technical solution architectures.
• Conduct and facilitate Discovery Sessions, Solution Workshops, and in-depth technical discussions.
• Define project delivery models, approaches, and implementation strategies.
• Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic initiatives and qualify customer inquiries.
• Develop compelling solution narratives and value propositions.
• Provide support for customer presentations, pitches, workshops, and executive meetings.
• Advise clients on SAP transformations, data migration, and data management practices.
• Define and validate effort, resource allocation, and delivery models.
• Evaluate delivery risks, project complexity, and essential dependencies.
• Ensure that solutions are both operationally feasible and economically sustainable.
• Guarantee a structured transition from Sales to Delivery following contract award.
• Create and ensure the quality of business and technical proposal content.
• Assist with RFPs, tenders, and intricate proposal processes.
• Address business and technical inquiries from customers and conduct clarification sessions.
• Develop reusable solution concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Share expertise with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams.
• Support the growth of Sales Enablement and Solution Selling initiatives.
• Identify market trends and customer needs, collaborating with Product Management and portfolio leaders.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in SAP.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, solution sales, or consulting practices.
• Background in designing and assessing complex customer requirements from a business viewpoint.
• Experience in effort estimation, scope definition, and project planning.
• Familiarity with proposal processes, RFPs, and complicated sales cycles.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client locations within the project context.
