Senior Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to create and execute strategies that enhance the adoption of Instacart's products and services.

• Facilitate technical discussions with executive business stakeholders, engineers, and developers, customizing the content for various audiences.

• Offer consultative services to partners and business stakeholders, leveraging extensive knowledge of Instacart’s ecosystem.

• Enhance technical expertise by engaging with Product and Engineering teams.

• Work alongside Enterprise Solutions teams to guarantee a seamless transition of implementation scope and plans.

• Establish internal processes and requirements during the initial scoping phases.

• Recognize opportunities through potential customer interactions and market trends, and relay insights to Product teams.

• Develop and sustain technical sales materials.

• Oversee multiple workstreams across various clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of prior experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, or a related role.

• Proven track record in selling technical products and designing/scoping integrations tailored to clients' specific environments.

• Capability to create and manage technical presentations and communications.

• Exceptional communication skills, effectively bridging complex technical ideas with business value.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Business Development, Engineering, Product, and Implementation (preferred).

• Familiarity with analyzing, designing, and implementing RESTful services and APIs within intricate enterprise architectures (preferred).
