This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Deliver technical insights through presentations, demonstrations, POVs, and discussions that educate and promote the Arctic Wolf value proposition to potential clients.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for acquiring new business and achieving technical success during the buyer’s journey.
• Actively engage in discovery discussions with prospective clients to comprehend their requirements and confirm alignment with Arctic Wolf solutions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer environments, encompassing security tools, network architecture, authentication methods, and cloud services.
• Effectively showcase key differentiators by analyzing the competitive landscape in areas such as endpoint protection, security operations, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
• Maintain a strong presence and establish valuable connections within the reseller and MSP channel communities.
• Engage in initiatives that promote growth within the territory, including webinars, channel training, and field marketing events.
• Guide new employees in various aspects such as technical knowledge transfer, best practices for demos and presentations, and sales methodologies.
• Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing by leading and actively participating in communication platforms like Slack, team meetings, and broader enablement efforts.
• Volunteer and contribute to company or team-wide initiatives such as process enhancements, training, content development, and more.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing security technology or service pre-sales engineering position.
• A minimum of 2 years in a role involving interaction with the channel/partner community or experience working for a channel/partner.
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT systems, with a focus on security systems preferred.
• Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with channel and alliance partner resources.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure components, including Networking, Identity Management, Cloud Services, Private Cloud, and Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/Mac).
• Technical proficiency in security tools and strategies, such as security frameworks, security operations, incident response, SIEM, XDR, EDR/EPP, IPS/IDS/NDR, etc.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, time management skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity and training in MEDDPICC & Technical Win processes.
• Experience with business applications (e.g., Slack, Salesforce, M365/Office).
• Ability to represent Arctic Wolf publicly at larger venues such as tradeshows, webinars, and channel enablement sessions.
• Knowledge of modern application deployment technologies, including containerization and cloud-based models.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English is required.
