This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Establish the sales enablement function at Turquoise from the ground up.
⢠Take ownership of the new hire ramp plan for Account Executives (AEs) and growth associates, continually refining it.
⢠Provide direct support to representatives during their ramp-up phase through personalized feedback and coaching.
⢠Develop and manage ongoing training programs for representatives who have completed onboarding.
⢠Assess deal performance data, ramp duration, quota achievement, win rates, and the utilization of playbooks or content.
⢠Identify performance gaps and translate insights into actionable training initiatives.
⢠Collaborate with Product Marketing on the launch of new products.
⢠Convert marketing terminology and product specifics into sales language, materials, and tools.
⢠Manage and update performance reports on representatives, sharing insights regularly with leadership.
⢠Work closely with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing teams.
⢠Continuously enhance sales enablement strategies as products, verticals, and customer landscapes change.
⢠Report directly to the VP of Sales.
⢠Over 8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related sales leadership position.
⢠Proven success in enabling representatives to sell complex, high-value solutions to diverse stakeholders and buyer personas, ideally including six-figure deals.
⢠Experience in creating or significantly revising a new hire ramp program from the ground up.
⢠Proficient in utilizing data to identify team performance gaps and transforming that analysis into behavior-changing training.
⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical or marketing jargon for practical use by reps during sales interactions.
⢠Comfortable navigating ambiguity across various product lines and sectors, adapting to changing priorities.
⢠Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/knowledge is required.
⢠Experience in healthcare technology, particularly in selling to healthcare systems or payers, is a plus.
⢠Must reside in the United States.
