Sales Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the operational efficiency of the sales lifecycle

• Validate and activate merchants

• Track inventory and distribution of POS terminals/card readers

• Manage billing processes, collections, and payment reconciliations

• Analyze indicators and identify deviations

• Support the compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)

• Monitor SLAs and operational indicators, identifying delays, errors, and improvement opportunities

• Prepare reports and dashboards for operational monitoring and decision-making

• Keep management system information updated and reliable

• Document processes and support automation and artificial intelligence initiatives

• Review billing, collections, and payment reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and managing their resolution with responsible areas

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional or final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields

• 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial operations, back office, inventory control, operational analysis, or automation, preferably in fintech, tech startups, telecommunications, or retail

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling

• Data Analytics expertise

• Solid understanding or knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau

• Familiarity with SQL queries for data extraction is highly desirable

• Experience with ERPs/WMS/CRMs like NetSuite, SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce, or proprietary platforms
