This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement structured, role-specific onboarding programs with certification requirements for new hires to accelerate their time-to-first-deal.
• Operationalize MEDDPICC as the standardized deal language within the organization through coaching, deal evaluations, and Salesforce configurations.
• Enhance MEDDPICC with Sandler methodologies for effective discovery and qualification processes.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions that encompass product-launch preparedness, competitive strategies, objection management, and both live and asynchronous skills workshops.
• Convert Sentra’s AI Data Readiness platform, data security posture, data classification, and cloud capabilities into comprehensible terms for CISOs and security architects.
• Utilize AI for role-playing scenarios, call coaching, tailored learning paths, and auto-generated content.
• Instruct sales representatives on the utilization of AI selling tools to promote their adoption.
• Oversee and curate the enablement content library in alignment with product updates.
• Track and report on ramp-up times, methodology adoption rates, content utilization, and pipeline influence.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales training, with a proven track record of managing an enablement program from start to finish.
• Background in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS is essential.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise sales-led processes and complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MEDDPICC and Sandler methodologies; experience in coaching representatives and implementing these practices at scale.
• Sufficient technical understanding to articulate a security platform and AI tools, facilitating their adoption.
• Comfort with technology; a Computer Science degree is not a prerequisite.
• Proactive use of AI to enhance the speed and personalization of enablement efforts.
• Capability to encourage a sales team's engagement with AI tools.
• Excellent project management abilities.
