This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of the regional operating rhythm, which includes territory management, account segmentation, forecasting governance, pipeline review, business assessments, and performance transparency.
β’ Collaborate with regional Sales leaders to enhance forecast accuracy, pipeline health, sales coverage, deal quality, and operational execution.
β’ Work in partnership with the Chief Business Officerβs team and the GTM Strategy & Programs group to ensure alignment of regional Sales Operations with company-wide objectives and executive reporting.
β’ Direct coverage design, segmentation, book cutting, territory planning, account assignments, capacity planning, and quota distribution.
β’ Manage CRM quality and hygiene, which encompasses Salesforce hierarchy oversight, pipeline integrity, process adherence, forecast validation, deal quality investigations, and exception resolution.
β’ Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, MBR/QBR presentations, and business insights.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Systems, Analytics, Compensation, Finance, and Enablement teams to automate workflows and enhance operations.
β’ Assist with organizational design, temporary coverage plans, role modifications, new-hire onboarding, SPIF development and management, and channel deal registration.
β’ Utilize AI and automation-driven workflows to minimize manual reporting while applying human insight to business recommendations.
β’ Ensure outstanding execution and reporting on regional objectives.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience collaborating with executive stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading territory planning, account segmentation, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and annual sales planning processes.
β’ Profound knowledge of quota planning, sales capacity modeling, and quota governance.
β’ Experience with AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance forecasting, pipeline reviews, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
β’ Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or comparable business intelligence and CRM platforms (preferred).
β’ Experience supporting executive operating rhythms, territory/account segmentation models, quota methodologies, multiple sales motions, and high-growth SaaS environments (preferred).
