This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the regional operational cadence, encompassing territory management, account segmentation, forecasting governance, pipeline assessment, business reviews, and performance visibility.
β’ Provide executive-ready insights that enhance forecast accuracy, ensure balanced sales coverage, and promote operational excellence.
β’ Collaborate with regional Sales leaders across all market routes to refine forecast accuracy, pipeline health, sales coverage, deal quality, and operational execution.
β’ Align regional Sales Operations with the overall company priorities by partnering with the Chief Business Officerβs organization and the GTM Strategy & Programs team.
β’ Direct coverage design, segmentation, book allocation, territory planning, account assignments, capacity planning, and quota distribution.
β’ Manage CRM quality assurance and hygiene, which includes overseeing SFDC hierarchy, ensuring pipeline quality, maintaining process compliance, upholding forecast integrity, conducting deal quality investigations, and resolving exceptions.
β’ Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, MBR/QBR presentations, and business insights.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Systems, Analytics, Compensation, Finance, and Enablement teams to automate repetitive workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
β’ Assist in organizational design, interim coverage strategies, role transitions, onboarding for new hires, SPIF development and administration, and Channel deal registrations.
β’ Leverage AI- and automation-enhanced workflows to minimize manual reporting while applying human judgment to business recommendations.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
β’ Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
β’ At least 4 years of experience collaborating with executive stakeholders.
β’ Proven experience in leading territory planning, account segmentation, forecasting, pipeline assessment, and annual sales planning processes.
β’ Strong understanding of quota planning, sales capacity modeling, and quota governance.
β’ Experience utilizing AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance forecasting, pipeline inspection, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
β’ Preferred: Background in supporting executive operating cadences for senior sales leadership.
β’ Preferred: Experience in designing or optimizing territory, account segmentation, or book-of-business models for rapidly growing SaaS companies.
β’ Preferred: Experience in developing quota methodologies and assigning quotas.
β’ Preferred: Experience in supporting various sales motions across global or multi-regional organizations.
β’ Preferred: Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence and CRM tools.
β’ Preferred: Experience in a high-growth or transformational environment.
β’ Ability to assess information and make decisions in complex scenarios.
