This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take charge of the development and upkeep of solution and product sales playbooks that align with GTM messaging and launch schedules.
• Create, publish, and manage Power Learning modules along with knowledge assessments in Seismic.
• Facilitate AI-driven role-play scenarios and practice materials to enhance seller readiness.
• Convert GTM and product launch briefs into enablement programs that are ready for the field.
• Oversee the content and knowledge base in Seismic while ensuring adherence to content governance standards.
• Manage templates for the Digital Sales Room and oversee launch communications.
• Monitor and report on the adoption and impact metrics of enablement initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and first-year enablement programs for sellers.
• Manage internal communications, newsletters, and updates regarding launches.
• Propel the Field Enablement operating rhythm, which includes status reporting, prioritization, and coordination.
• Collect feedback from sellers and presales to enhance content and delivery methods.
• Assess source content and transform it into clear and engaging sales learning materials.
• Identify opportunities for automation and streamline or scale enablement processes.
• Develop and set up AI agents or reusable prompts for content processing and workflows.
• Utilize AI tools daily across various content, learning, and productivity platforms.
• Leverage sales processes, frameworks, methodologies, and CRM knowledge when creating playbooks and learning materials.
• Design e-learning experiences and produce short-form enablement videos.
• Plan and execute both virtual and in-person sales training sessions.
• Create internal success stories related to deal wins.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a subject-matter expert on enablement tools and standards.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a relevant sales-facing role is required.
• A proven history of managing enablement initiatives from start to finish.
• Demonstrated experience in leading content management and governance processes.
• Ability to influence and establish trusted relationships within a global matrix organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with technology and AI, confidently using AI tools across various platforms daily.
• Expertise in the Microsoft application suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation.
• Practical experience in creating agents, reusable prompts, or streamlined workflows.
• Capability to review, organize, and simplify complex source content into effective sales learning and enablement materials.
• A solid understanding of sales processes, frameworks, methodologies, and CRM workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Ability to apply learning-design principles to e-learning, video, and practice-based experiences.
• Comfort in presenting and facilitating sales training for both virtual and in-person audiences.
• Video editing skills using tools like Microsoft Clipchamp and Synthesia.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
