This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead and mentor a small Sales Operations team focused on Salesforce administration, reporting, automation, and operational support.
• Oversee and enhance BDR operations, including establishing workflow standards, prioritization, discovery processes, and objection-handling playbooks.
• Assume ownership of the operational framework for the PLG and Sales-Assist GTM strategies.
• Manage workflows for high-priority leads, inbound lead routing, Product Qualified Accounts, and sales-assist opportunities.
• Construct and sustain a reporting infrastructure to track Pro-to-Enterprise conversion and pinpoint coverage or process deficiencies.
• Handle daily Salesforce operations, ensuring data hygiene, ownership management, workflows, reports, dashboards, and process flows are maintained.
• Develop attribution logic and uphold a dependable foundation of Salesforce account and opportunity data.
• Carry out extensive data operations, including bulk ownership changes, routing, deduplication, and data remediation efforts.
• Ensure reliable data synchronization across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, billing platforms, and Snowflake.
• Create lightweight automation through Salesforce Flows, scripts, CLI tools, scheduled jobs, and API-level integrations.
• Produce weekly sales reports, conduct pipeline reviews, track performance, and provide forecasting inputs.
• Convert sales data into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales Leadership.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance sales productivity and consistency.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, workflow standards, and operational playbooks.
• Design and deliver training for new sales workflows, systems, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate closely with BDR and AE teams to enhance sales execution, pipeline quality, and conversion rates.
• Monitor operational performance and proactively address data, process, and system challenges.
• Continuously optimize sales processes through automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, data models, account ownership, workflows, and process automation.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce data structures, CRM hygiene, attribution, routing, and large-scale data management.
• Direct experience collaborating with BDR/SDR and Account Executive teams, with a solid grasp of sales cycles, quotas, pipeline, and conversion processes.
• Experience with PLG and Sales-Assist GTM models is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in a player-coach capacity, managing teams, offshore resources, or contractors while remaining hands-on.
• Strong capability to create lightweight automation using Salesforce Flows, scripts, CLI tools, scheduled jobs, or APIs.
• Familiarity with integrating or operating across Salesforce and other business systems such as HubSpot, Gong, billing platforms, and data warehouses.
• Solid understanding of sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on root-cause analysis.
• Proficient in handling large datasets while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to transform manual tasks into scalable, repeatable workflows.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting insights to sales leadership and senior executives.
• Strong organizational abilities and aptitude for managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced SaaS setting.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a bonus.
