This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take charge of product positioning and establish the core messaging framework for Zenith.
β’ Simplify intricate genomic science into straightforward value propositions for clinicians, genetic counselors, and health systems.
β’ Oversee the creation of sales and customer-facing materials, claims library, and MLR/compliance review processes.
β’ Keep track of competitive intelligence within the rare disease genomics field.
β’ Transform publications, real-world data, and utilization insights into effective messaging and tools for the field.
β’ Lead the product marketing efforts within the Zenith launch strategy.
β’ Design and implement sales onboarding, training programs, and ongoing educational initiatives.
β’ Enhance the customer journey from the initial call to routine ordering, focusing on implementation, EMR integration, and resource utilization.
β’ Act as the main day-to-day marketing liaison for Sales leadership and manage field feedback processes.
β’ Collaborate with Market Access and Reimbursement on creating field-ready tools and messaging.
β’ Identify customer segments and prioritize accounts using clinical, claims, and market data.
β’ Establish KPIs to monitor funnel health, ordering patterns, and adoption rates.
β’ Represent the Rare Disease Business Unit to Commercial Operations regarding CRM, reporting, forecasting, and ordering processes.
β’ Coordinate with clinical community marketing on KOLs, conferences, speaker programs, and integrated planning efforts.
β’ Work collaboratively across Sales, Medical Affairs, Product, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
β’ Manage designated budgets and relationships with agency/vendor partners.
β’ Develop the business case and recruit additional resources as the business expands.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing is required; an MBA, MPH, or advanced scientific degree is preferred.
β’ Over 8 years of commercial experience in diagnostics, genomics, or life sciences, including product marketing, sales enablement, commercial strategy, or sales operations.
β’ Proven success in supporting or leading product launches in complex clinical diagnostics or specialty environments.
β’ Strong preference for experience in genomics, rare diseases, or precision diagnostics.
β’ Experience collaborating directly with a field sales organization, including training, tools, and CRM/analytics.
β’ Experience in managing or developing a team is advantageous.
β’ Capacity to learn and translate complex clinical and genomic data into persuasive, compliant narratives for healthcare professionals and field teams.
β’ Comfort with interpreting segmentation, funnel, and commercial performance data.
β’ A track record of creating scalable commercial processes, enablement programs, and cross-functional workflows.
β’ Working knowledge of diagnostic reimbursement, LDT considerations, and payer dynamics.
β’ Ability to function effectively in environments with limited market data and where the playbook is still being established.
β’ Skill in influencing without authority and building partnerships with clinical and scientific experts.
