This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Advise and counsel management on important Sales Operations issues.
• Oversee internal and external Direct to Consumer Sales, Member Retention, and Broker Support call centers for Individual Dental services.
• Plan and organize resources to enhance Sales Operations performance and accountability.
• Create processes and procedures aimed at improving call center efficiency.
• Engage in developing requirements for support systems and technology.
• Maintain sales and performance reporting to foster transparency, accountability, and process enhancement.
• Collaborate with the Sales Operations lead and team to meet call center KPIs across partners.
• Provide oversight for Direct to Consumer Sales, Member Retention, and Broker Support call centers.
• Implement automated performance reporting systems.
• Supply market intelligence on regional trends and consumer behavior to marketing and distribution teams.
• Develop resources for agents and sustain work plans with both internal and external call center partners.
• Offer thought leadership and technical expertise across diverse disciplines.
• Formulate project plans using established project and program methodologies.
• Create and modify processes as necessary.
• Ensure timely and high-quality development and distribution of project deliverables.
• Report on sales-related KPI trends and progress towards organizational objectives.
• Analyze issues and suggest solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with Project, Sales Effectiveness, and Workforce Management teams to enhance efficiency and improve customer and agent experiences.
• Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and sales agencies that support call center teams.
• BA/BS in business, communications, health care, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in call center Sales Operations or a related field.
• Preferred 5+ years of successful management experience.
• Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, including regulations and rules.
• Comprehensive knowledge of call center technology, terminology, and environment.
• Proven experience in identifying call center technology gaps, securing solutions, and effectively implementing them.
• Background in campaign management processes and execution.
• Familiarity with marketing processes and key drivers of successful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to achieve consensus among internal and external partners.
• Capacity to navigate a complex and rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and Microsoft Outlook communication skills.
• Professional presentation skills for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate, mentor, and inspire team members.
• Willingness to travel between 5% to 15%.
• If working remotely, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed.
• Option for remote work.
• Requirement/support for internet service while working from home: cable broadband or fiber optic connection with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
• Willingness to travel between 5% to 15%.
