Senior Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls utilizing power/parallel dialing systems

• Leave tailored voicemails and follow up with potential clients

• Evaluate business owners and capital-group prospects

• Arrange appointments with qualified prospects

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships through regular follow-up

• Elevate qualified opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members

• Keep precise records of activities and lead status using Salesforce

• Leverage omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems to oversee prospect engagement

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or in a similar outbound sales position

• Proficient in using Salesforce

• Familiarity with Dialpad or power/parallel dialing systems

• Experience with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Neutral English accent; a voice sample is required

• Strong skills in prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building

• Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

• USB headset with noise cancellation required

• Working webcam necessary

• Computer must have at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM

• Primary internet service should have a speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup internet service should have a speed of at least 10 Mbps

• Availability for coverage from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST; early, late, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts may be necessary

• A voice sample is required as part of the application process
