This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of delivery plans for designated SDR and Commercial workstreams, which encompass risks, dependencies, and capacity considerations.
• Oversee SDR and Commercial Sales onboarding initiatives, including cohort management, learner communications, tracking completion rates, refreshing content, and reinforcing learning through manager-led sessions.
• Spearhead the SDR-to-AE Career Pathway, as well as onboarding for SDRs, Commercial Sales, managers, and role-specific DQC onboarding workstreams.
• Act as program manager or workstream leader for established cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage ongoing call-review and coaching operations, including the SDR Tuesday Call Review.
• Curate call examples, facilitate coaching sessions, identify performance trends, and communicate insights to sales leaders.
• Assist in the rollout and reporting of the Gong scorecard.
• Collaborate with frontline managers to reinforce essential skills in discovery, messaging, objection handling, prospecting, qualification, and pipeline development.
• Create, coordinate reviews, ensure quality assurance, publish, and update playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, onboarding materials, and manager guides.
• Lead the Nooks battlecard audit, coordinate Partner 101 for AEs, and explore technology enablement opportunities.
• Manage targeted content updates, tool-module coordination, and follow-up with specialists.
• Validate incoming requests, collect any missing information, manage the backlog, and prepare routing recommendations.
• Draft briefs for approved specialist work that detail the business challenge, target audience, desired seller behavior, priority level, deadline, subject matter experts, approver, source materials, and definition of success.
• Direct instructional-design efforts and oversee projects through to launch.
• Sustain feedback collection, conduct post-launch evaluations, report on adoption, and provide monthly status updates.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Reside in the Chicagoland Area.
• Possess 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience, ideally with SDR/BDR and Commercial AE backgrounds.
• Have 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, sales operations, or a related field.
• Understand the realities of prospecting, discovery, qualification, pipeline creation, and sales team ramp-up.
• Demonstrate strong facilitation and coaching skills in a field-facing capacity.
• Have experience collaborating with SDR and Commercial sales managers to reinforce seller behaviors.
• Ability to coordinate efforts across Enablement, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Capability to operate without formal authority, foster trust, manage transitions, and appropriately escalate risks or decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in managing call-review or coaching programs using Gong or similar conversation-intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with conducting onboarding programs, including cohort administration, tracking completion, and refreshing content.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or SaaS sales processes.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
