This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cultivate and enhance new relationships with surgeons and accounts within a designated geographic area.
• Convert prospective surgeons and accounts while deepening engagement with existing customers through additional sales efforts.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to customer requirements.
• Identify and assess potential surgeons and accounts.
• Create tailored plans and selling strategies specific to each account or surgeon.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales targets using the approved resources available.
• Drive sales of assigned products within the designated territory or to named accounts.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure the effective use of products.
• Establish connections with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital personnel.
• Provide assistance to surgeons and operating room staff during surgical procedures.
• Educate surgeons, operating room staff, and Central Supply personnel through training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain sales tools and promotional materials.
• Manage and prioritize competitive challenges.
• Advocate for new or strategically prioritized products.
• Execute plans to ensure a balanced sales mix of products.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional and/or relevant experience, or an Associate degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with at least 5 years of professional and/or relevant experience, or a minimum of 8 years of professional and/or relevant experience, or a recent transition from Active Military Duty with at least 3 years of professional and/or relevant experience.
• Capability to work in a laboratory or operating room setting.
• Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends and/or overnight trips.
• Reside in or be able to relocate to the specified territory.
• Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and with autonomy.
• Capability to navigate a complex reporting structure.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, communicate, and operate in intricate environments.
• Functional understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Basic knowledge of surgical practices.
• Preferred strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
