
Senior Sales Consultant – Shared Ownership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and optimize new business and sales prospects within the available Shared Ownership inventory.
• Set and meet personal sales objectives while contributing to both departmental and regional goals.
• Actively create viewing opportunities and enhance interest in available properties and ongoing developments.
• Travel to development locations for property viewings, client meetings, and completion handovers.
• Generate solicitor referrals for new sales.
• Manage incoming inquiries and engage with potential buyers via phone.
• Register buyer interest and comprehend Shared Ownership requirements.
• Arrange meetings with the partner financial team for eligibility and affordability assessments.
• Oversee offers through the reservation process, finalizing necessary documentation and procedures.
• Compile and maintain weekly client reports on current developments.
• Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
• Experience in sales, preferably within the estate agency or Shared Ownership sector is desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing pressure and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Proficient in creating viewing opportunities and cross-selling, while achieving targets.
• Capable of communicating with inexperienced buyers and navigating challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Competent in computer use.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as a team member.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday 8:45am–5:30pm; every other Saturday 10am–4pm.
