This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as a vital partner to the Analytics leader, converting business priorities into organized, decision-ready analyses.
• Examine customer engagement trends, product usage, and account-level performance to reveal insights that guide sales and retention strategies.
• Take ownership of preparing monthly and quarterly reports on essential sales metrics, including cross-selling, upselling, and churn.
• Extract and manipulate data from Snowflake and other cloud data sources to facilitate recurring reporting cycles and address ad hoc business inquiries.
• Create, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using modern BI tools, transforming complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Assist the Analytics leader in crafting presentations for senior leadership, contributing to the narrative surrounding sales and customer performance trends.
• Foster strong working relationships with customer-facing and cross-functional teams to enhance understanding of customer behavior and engagement drivers.
• 4-7 years of experience in a sales, revenue, or customer analytics position, with direct exposure to customer engagement and account-level data.
• Proven experience analyzing customer success metrics, product usage, and engagement trends to guide sales decisions.
• Practical experience in building reports and dashboards, with robust SQL skills and confidence in working with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.
• Proficient in modern BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker), including the ability to create calculations, visualizations, and data models for both scheduled and on-demand analysis.
• A strong analytical mindset, capable of framing business questions as hypotheses and validating them with data.
• Adept at translating technical findings into a clear, engaging narrative for non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and influencing across sales, customer success, and analytics teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong focus on quality and processes.
• Familiarity with data governance principles, policies, and standards.
• A collaborative and energetic team player who can influence across departments.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Preferred: Familiarity with a modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, or similar tools).
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
